Hotel FIREFLY is a family-run luxury hotel in the heart of Zermatt, surrounded by clean Alpine air and dramatic Matterhorn views. The hotel’s 16 designer suites each reflect one of the four elements — earth, water, fire, or air — with luxurious materials, spectacular Alpine views, and fully equipped kitchens. Floor-to-ceiling windows, open fireplaces, and bespoke interiors ensure comfort and style, while breakfast is served in your suite for relaxed mornings.

The FIREFLY Wellness Centre is a standout Alpine retreat of about 382 m², with a stainless-steel indoor pool with mood lighting, steam bath, sauna, ice grotto, and a fitness area with Nautilus and Technogym equipment. Bespoke massages and body treatments using natural products, plus relaxation lounges and a health bar with fresh fruit and water, complete the experience.

Breakfast is a la carte and served in your suite. Bar 55 is the stylish social hub for cocktails, aperitifs, and laid-back conversation before you head out for dinner in Zermatt.

While Hotel FIREFLY is primarily a boutique suite hotel focused on relaxation and bespoke service, it also supports small meetings and social events with Wi-Fi and lounge spaces that can be tailored to informal gatherings, retreats, or group stays surrounded by the Alps.
