Artist Rolf Sachs created Saltz Restaurant, a creative establishment that blends understated luxury with an extraordinary atmosphere. Julian Mai built its eclectic à la carte menu, incorporating refined yet simple traditional recipes. Saltz Restaurant has won 14 GaultMillau points.
