General Terms and Conditions for Vouchers

1. Premium Switzerland (Mehrwert-Services AG)

Offers a voucher system for purchasing gift vouchers for Premium Switzerland hotels at www.premiumswitzerland.com. Gift vouchers can be ordered via this website and then redeemed at the respective partner establishment.

2. Procedure

The Premium Switzerland gift vouchers available at www.premiumswitzerland.com are processed by Premium Switzerland and can be purchased by printing them yourself via the voucher system and paying by credit card or online bank transfer.

The vouchers are only valid after full payment of the amount. The voucher amounts are not subject to VAT. VAT is only added when the voucher is redeemed at the establishment. The ordered or purchased vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Booking and thus the redemption of the vouchers is done via the website www.premiumswitzerland.com. Only the voucher value may be charged to Premium Switzerland; any consumption exceeding the voucher value must be settled directly between the customer and the respective establishment. If the entire voucher value is not used, the customer retains the remaining balance on the voucher for use at the respective partner businesses. Refunds from Premium Switzerland are excluded.

Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to order gift vouchers.

3. Returns

A voucher can be returned to Premium Switzerland by registered mail within 14 days of purchase, provided no booking has yet been made. Upon receipt of the voucher, the amount will be transferred to the account to be provided to Premium Switzerland. Only customers who are consumers as defined by the Consumer Protection Act may exercise their right of return.

4. Validity

Purchased gift vouchers are valid for one year. An extension of the validity period can only be granted by Premium Switzerland.

5. Liability

Premium Switzerland assumes no liability for the redemption of ordered vouchers; redemption is the responsibility of the respective business.

The customer uses this website at their own risk. Premium Switzerland assumes no liability for damages arising from the use of this website. Premium Switzerland also assumes no liability for interruptions, technical failures, maintenance work, etc. Premium Switzerland will rectify any disruptions or failures as quickly as possible.

6. Data Protection

Premium Switzerland declares its compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Furthermore, Premium Switzerland declares its commitment to keep confidential all data disclosed to it by the customer, unless there is a legally permissible reason for transmitting or disclosing the entrusted or accessible data. Data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name, and address when paying by credit card are transmitted via a secure SSL connection.

7. Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from this agreement, the application of Swiss law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Zurich are agreed upon.
