Academics

All students in Grades 8-9 study a wide range of subjects, covering core subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English plus Music, Art, STEAM and robotics.In Grade 10, students can start to tailor their programme to the subjects they enjoy, taking ownership of their learning journey.In Grades 11-12, students select the Diploma of their choice, either the UK or US Programme.Brillantmont is one of the few schools in Switzerland to run an IGCSE & A Level British Programme with a Cambridge International Assessment. Alternatively, students may enrol in the American Programme to receive a US High School Graduation Diploma.Both options open the door to top universities around the world.Classes are taught entirely in English, and most students take French lessons as part of the standard curriculum (there’s ample opportunity to practice in Lausanne).
