Les Elfes International is an award-winning holiday camp for boys and girls aged 6 – 17 and based in Verbier, Switzerland. Choose from Spring, Summer or Winter Camp – Les Elfes is the only camp welcoming children and teenagers from more than 75 different nationalities from December to the end of August.
Location
The Les Elfes Winter Camp takes place in Verbier, a world-class resort that has been awarded “Best Ski Resort, Switzerland” every year since 2018. Verbier distinguishes itself from other resorts thanks to its 410km of slopes as well as its ability to guarantee the resort’s opening from early December to the end of April. Young people who attend the international holiday camps are accommodated in two purpose-built wood and stone chalets that follow the Swiss Alpine tradition and offer charm and comfort to guests.
School Info
“Learning through Adventure since 1987” Since 1987, Les Elfes International has provided children and teenagers from around the world with holidays that combine the discovery and the practice of skiing or snowboarding with cultural excursions across Switzerland and neighbouring countries and also languages learning in French, Spanish, German, and English.
Winter Programs
The Winter ski camp is run every Saturday from mid-December to the end of April.
With up to six hours of skiing or snowboarding each day, Les Elfes offers the best winter camp for young people.
Optional language courses and excursions are available for parents who want their children to gain some skills outside the slopes. Après ski entertainment and activities continue until 9 or 10 pm, depending on the age of the group. Ski or Snowboard certificates are awarded at the end of each week.
Les Elfes also owns a private high-altitude restaurant at 2’200m high, allowing children to take a warm lunch directly on the slopes.
Activities
Although skiing and snowboarding are the main attractions of Les Elfes’ winter camp, the company also offers an array of other activities from 4pm onwards: quizzes, discos, games competitions, campfire nights, movie nights, mountain BBQs, team challenges, ice skating, climbing, restaurant meals, and a farewell prize-giving event, to name a few.
Language classes and cultural excursions in Switzerland, Italy, and France are also on the agenda.
