Villa Lakeshore is situated on Lake Zurich, in the town of Kilchberg which is on the west shore of the lake and just 5 minutes from Zurich city centre. One of the highlights of the location is definitely a 90 m private lake access. The airport is on a maximum of 30 minutes’ drive from the villa.

This 1800 sqm brand new property has 2 floors, an attic and a basement. The interior is furnished with top brand furniture and fixtures - for example Lalique and Dom furnitures Swarovski lightnings, and Striato Olimpico marble. All floors have large terraces with seating to relax and dine whilst enjoying the view.
