Villa Crewenna is located in Herrliberg, on the top side of the hills, just 10 minutes drive away from Zurich's city centre. The area is very private and the residence is surrounded by beautifully maintained garden with flowers and trees.The airport can be reached in 30 minutes by car from here.
Rooms & Suites
The 200 sqm traditional villa is set over 3 floors and you will notice the shuttered windows of the property, gives it almost a Mediterranean look. However, the complete style corresponds to a traditional Swiss city villa for family and staff. Villa has 3 entrances and two can be separately used by staff and a butler. The living room with fireplace on the ground floor is cozy and simple and it leads to the dining room which is nicely decorated with flower wallpaper and colorful carpet. The large windows and doors to the extended outdoor terrace make the dining room very bright. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an access to cellar. Master bedroom with king-sized bed and large en-suite bathroom is on the first floor and it leads to the private balcony. On the same floor you will also find the second bedroom with separate toilet and a massage room with shower. The second floor has a third bedroom and a multi-functional loft space created for exercises or meditation.
Facilities
The garden is perfect for relaxation or family gatherings. The outdoor terrace has rolling sun shade and invites for outdoor dining. If you are into wellness, apart from the gym room and massage room you can also benefit from sauna. Villa has an optional air-conditioning, provides Wifi connection and Apple TV with Netflix. It has a very nice reading corner with gorgeous view. The garage has space for 2 cars.
Beach Info
You can reach to the lake shores in a few-minutes' drive to enjoy nice walks or try local food in the restaurants with lake views. Lake Zurich offers range of water sports as well.
